• We're aiming for a 60% reduction in the intensity of our CO₂ emissions from our electricity production by 2020
• We want to cut CO₂ emissions from our offices and depots by 30% by 2012

And we're designing and developing new products and services to help our customers reduce their carbon dioxide emissions.
